Atlas

The Atlas unit is a mini Titan in all respects. A horizontal chassis, 4 pipe waterside fan coil unit measuring only 235mm deep, the unit comes in a range of eight sizes and capacities and had been developed to meet consultant specifications that require a unit slightly slimmer than Ability’s standard 260mm models.

In common with the Titan range, one particularly useful feature pioneered by Ability keeps all the valves, electrical controls and condensate tray, contained within the limits of the unit’s footprint. This helps prevent damage during delivery and site movement without compromise to installation and commissioning.

Built around a robust and well proven ebm-papst fan and motor combination, the 235 model has been acoustic tested at the Sound Research Laboratory. Atlas incorporates flexible speed control, fully fitted valve packages and is offered with many optional ancillaries to help keep site assembly operations to an absolute minimum. Options include electric heater batteries, inlet plenums, underfloor adaptions, integral volume control dampers, condensate pumps and many others.
