Condor House, a landmark building alongside St Paul's Cathedral.
The front façade of this building was preserved to maintain the look of the area around the cathedral with the rear office accommodation being completely rebuilt.
Ability supplied 341off 2 pipe Titan fan coils with electric heating. Other additional features were Ability's unique fan failure switches, thyristor electric heater control and 'Low Smoke and Fume' cable throughout.
The each fan coil size employed on this project was subject to a full thermal test at BSRIA (electric heating included) and a real room acoustic test at the Ability Facility.
